FINE LINE ELECTRIC LLC ("Fine Line Electric," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at https://www.getfineline.com (the "Site") and the services we describe on it. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or our services, you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote, book a service, apply for a job, sign a document, or contact us, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, phone number, service address, the details of the work you are asking about, and any messages you send.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site we may collect your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view and the links you click, and the website that referred you. Some of this is collected through cookies (see Section 4).
Mobile information. If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we collect the number and a record of your consent.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your requests and provide, schedule, and deliver our services;
- send estimates, invoices, appointment reminders, and service updates;
- send text messages you have opted in to receive (see Section 3);
- improve the Site and our services, and understand how the Site is used;
- comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and the rights of others.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. SMS / Text Messaging and Mobile Information
If you opt in to receive text messages from Fine Line Electric, we will send messages about your requests, appointments, estimates, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile opt-in data and your consent to receive text messages are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their own marketing. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. You choose which categories we may use through the cookie banner shown on your first visit, and you can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page.

8. Your Choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
- Cookies: use the Cookie settings link in the Site footer.
- Access and deletion: you may ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at scott@getfineline.com. We will respond as the law requires.
9. Children
The Site and our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
